Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to October 15, 2007 and must be received by that date, via e-mail, at dschreiber@same.org.
registration costs will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $50.00 for individual registration and $100.00 for exhibit space registration. Refunds will not be issued after October, 15, 2007.
You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference.
absolutely NO refunds can be given after October 15, 2007; the only exception is for deployed forces.
